Choose the program that best suits you

Whether you prefer one on one sessions or to follow a program at your own pace, choose what feels right and makes the most sense for you. For in in person sessions, I travel to your home- you don’t need to leave the house! For custom programs, I provide you with a program to follow on your time at home or at the gym.

Each program will provide you with total body strength workouts designed specifically to support you on your pregnancy and/or postpartum journey.
