
One-on-One Training
What it looks like
With one-on-one personal training, we will meet at a frequency of your choice based on the program options below. I conduct my one on one sessions in your home- no need to leave the house! I provide some of the equipment and provide a list of at home equipment recommendations.
A cadence of at least two times a week is required to ensure you are receiving the maximal benefits of your program. The program will comprise of total body strength workouts based on where you are in your pregnancy or postpartum journey and your personal fitness goals.
