Online Personal Training Program

What it looks like

With the online personal training program, you will be provided with an individualized training program based on where you are on your prenatal or postpartum journey.

What you can expect:

  • one on one assessment and goals discussion

  • individualized program of 3-5 workouts/week

  • optional one on one check-ins throughout

Training philosophy:

  • determine your why and let that guide you

  • build the strength you need for everyday life

  • incorporate a workout routine that fits into your life and get back to feeling like you
