Online Personal Training Program
What it looks like
With the online personal training program, you will be provided with an individualized training program based on where you are on your prenatal, postpartum, or menopause journey. Programs are 12 weeks long and include 3 strength workouts per week. I utilize an app that is easy to use and allows us to communicate directly. We will meet 1x/month over the course of your program to check in.
This program is typically used after we work together in person so I can best understand how you move, who you are and how to cater the online program as best I can to YOU.
This program is designed for those working out at home or in the gym. If you have experience with strength training and just need a plan and guidance- this program is for you. It is a great way to transition from in person sessions to being able to workout on your own if that is a goal for you.
