Train with a Friend or Two

What it looks like

Personalized training you can do with a friend. This option offers personal training for up to three people. You will have all of the benefits of a personalized training program designed for your needs, but can move along through this journey with a friend.

What you can expect:

  • one on one assessment and goals discussion per client

  • individualized program for each client, but designed so you can workout together

  • minimum of 2 days/week done virtually or in person

Training philosophy:

  • determine your why and let that guide you

  • build the strength you need for everyday life

  • incorporate a workout routine that fits into your life and get back to feeling like you
